Things are looking up for Carter. After months of serving coffee, fixing equipment, and just trying to be noticed as an intern, everything was falling into place. He spent day after day sucking up to his bosses until they finally started to take him seriously as a mechanic.

Now at long last, he had been given his first real mission aboard the only large expedition to Tau Ceti, a recently discovered star system that was believed to have hospitable planets. The readings from drones had been very promising.  Now Carter had the honor to be a part of the effort to discover uncharted land. His dream was finally coming true.

But the shuttle hardly makes it out of the atmosphere before it all comes crashing down. Literally. Aboard the only surviving escape pod Carter and a group of crew members crash land on a small island in the middle of the ocean. Their radios are silent, their supplies are limited, they have no idea where they are. It seems like things can't get any worse.

He intended to derail his life once and for all. But first he'd do his part, he would render the master chemtrail formula into a harmless state. That should last at least a year, if not longer, if it went undetected. It was the noble thing to do he thought, considering the enormous ever-growing state body count. We join Sinclair now on the military passenger jet as he finds himself once again witnessing a murder. His closest colleague's murder. But for Sinclair... there would be a more intimate end-of-life experience.

On the other hand, Fresh has also given up, but not in the same way Error has. He has given up being the nice guy and has taken to corrupting Aus in his rage at how unfair it was that they could live their happy lives, while the only emotions he was starting to feel were negative. One day, Fresh decided that he needed something new in his life, so he decided to go to the only place in the multiverse that he has never gone before, the Anti-void. By complete chance he ends up in the exact same place as Error and their worlds suddenly collide. These two start their journey in Russia, manage to make it to France, and find their final destination the United States of America, which they understand is the home of the free and the brave. However, they learn reality is not always what it seems. Join Nick and Nikki as they seek to live a normal life in America, despite everything about them and the life they live being everything but normal.
