In a world full of protein shakes and steroid loaded gym junkies, Spencer Pools is the king. Just as drug dealer's start and support drug addicts, Spencer does the same for his over the top fitness fanatics. His job? To support his on going muscle heads and hook in the wimpy guys to join his fantasy fitness way of life, all or course while supporting his father's business, Hustle 'n' Muscle.
Sadie Wells hates sport. Her idea of a marathon is watched multiple episodes of Supernatural in a row. She doesn't understand the appeal of running around getting sweaty for no real reason. She would much rather relax in the spa and watch a movie them play netball. But her family have other ideas, signing her up for the local swim team with the hope that she might develop a more healthy habit then developing love for fictional characters and spending money on exotic soaps.
Sadie finds absolutely nothing enjoyable about swim club especially Spencer Pools, for while she collectes soaps he collectesfootball cards. But something about him strikes her.
Maybe because there are three of him or something.
