Meet Bob: the best superhero to ever exist! He has such amazing powers and traits and he has saved the world so many times...
Ha, just kidding. He's not even in the story 95% of the time.
Despite the very misleading title, this story is really about an evil force teaming up with an edgy cyborg to take over the world, and how an eccentric group of cat lovers try to stop them. With your typical storyline: a crazy evil psychopath, a happy-go-lucky do-gooder from another galaxy (and another completely different story), a hopelessly in love couple, a quirky cult leader, and the trio of living inanimate objects. Oh, and Luigi.
