Ha, just kidding. He's not even in the story 95% of the time.
Despite the very misleading title, this story is really about an evil force teaming up with an edgy cyborg to take over the world, and how an eccentric group of cat lovers try to stop them. With your typical storyline: a crazy evil psychopath, a happy-go-lucky do-gooder from another galaxy (and another completely different story), a hopelessly in love couple, a quirky cult leader, and the trio of living inanimate objects. Oh, and Luigi.

One day while at the local river he meets a girl named Cassie, little did he know this decision would change his life forever. He will find out that Cassie isn't exactly who she says she is and all of his misfortunes will turn around, but everything has a cost. The events that take place influence Charlie into becoming someone he is unfamiliar with. Charlie and Cassie will do anything for one another, even if that means risking their freedom. "Ahhhh!"
