What do you do when everything you think is true becomes a lie?
Corin is at the top of her career in the military, though she does have to hide the fact that she is a woman to stay in her position. When she is sent out to crush a rebel force she is faced with some harsh realities. Chief among them that the people she loves have finally decided to openly turn against the kingdom that she fights for.
Follow Corin on her adventures to find out the truth and figure out who she really is, and who she really wants to become in the process.

I'll be adapting the story from its original, after chapter one (since it's already posted), to better fit this format and not what it was intended for, which was print. If you can just get through the first parts of chapter one, chapter two is going to pick up pretty quick, I promise.
Also forgive my poor cover art. "A cover is not the book". It is just some of my photography with words. I haven't had the proper time to draw a cover yet on account of being a University student.
