Cecil Palmer, also a Sophomore at the same school, is obsessed with the new kid and is not ashamed of it. He talks about how perfect his teeth and hair are right over the announcements. But when one day they get news that seems like the end of the world... it turns out to be the best thing that has happened to both of them.
