Carlos, a Sophomore at Night Vale High School, hears a majestic voice over the loudspeaker talking about how perfect Carlos seems. He immediately has to know who this boy is. Cecil Palmer, also a Sophomore at the same school, is obsessed with the new kid and is not ashamed of it. He talks about how perfect his teeth and hair are right over the announcements. Will they meet? will there be sparks? If you're not into the whole CecilxCarlos thing, there's normal Night Vale stuff too.
