Carlos, a Sophomore at Night Vale High School, hears a majestic voice over the loudspeaker talking about how perfect Carlos seems. He immediately has to know who this boy is. Cecil Palmer, also a Sophomore at the same school, is obsessed with the new kid and is not ashamed of it. He talks about how perfect his teeth and hair are right over the announcements. Will they meet? will there be sparks? If you're not into the whole CecilxCarlos thing, there's normal Night Vale stuff too. At Fortuna High school, two boys meet on the first day of their senior year. One is a emo boy with a passion for medicine and music, who dreams constantly about the future. The other is a runner with no idea what he's going to do, and chooses to live in the present. Oh also, there's a third boy, but he won't be a problem... right? This is a boyxboy story!
