"I wish I could kiss you," he confessed, looking over at the ice elemental in front of him after the words are left hanging in the air. "I'm ready to risk it all if you are," there is no hint of amusement, or lying, seen in his dark brown eyes as the words slip from his parted lips. Academy Initia is where elementals, people who can control elements at there whim, go to train their abilities. There is water/ice (other wise known as frost), earth, wind, and fire. Fire and Frost elementals are kept apart since they can potentially kill each other from a touch. Though, when the Academy is attacked, it forces the officials to have the students work together to become more powerful as one. Forcing the fire and water elementals to interact. My Fantasy Journey
Herein lies a collection of every short fantasy story that I have written thus far, beginning from sometime in middle school and ending at the first semester of college. Elemental Beings
For thousands of years, there was another human-like species living on Earth. People noticed them but they thought they were normal humans. They thought the symbol of one of the four elements on their forehead was a tattoo. But they were wrong. This species, the Elemental Beings, lived in secret for decades. They lived the life of regular humans and only exposed their power at home. Regular humans by day, Beings at night, these people never let any human know about them. Until one day. Jewel is a human. She lives the life of your average high school girl- a lot of friends, a nice family, and even a cute boyfriend! She likes her life and doesn't want to change it. Until she met The Beings. Rising of the Weakest Mage
(Please read first two chapters for info, thank you!) For a long time, elemental magic has been widely known, used, and practiced. Elemental magic is based upon the four core elements - Earth, Air, Fire and Water. Elemental magic is most prominent in England, where many mages gather to learn and research elemental magic. However, during the early 1500's, the Fire Outbreaks happened. Several various fire mages suddenly swept through and destroyed the smaller cities of England, killing many in their way and leaving no survivors. Due to this the Council of Magic, the governing figure of elemental magic, issued an act - The Anti-Fire Act. This effectively banned any and all use of fire magic within all of England. The Council of Magic was later changed to the Triumvirate in the 1540's, and from then on are set on killing off every last fire mage. Allen Fleming, a 15 year old air mage, wishes to attend the Magical Knights Academy. The academy is where many young, prominent mages attend to improve their use of magic, and eventually become a magical knight. Magical knights are the respected mages who protect the cities of England and keep its citizens safe. But in order to even attend the academy, Allen must first pass the entrance exam. However, Allen's magic is extremely weak and he relies mostly on his physical fighting ability. Air is considered the strongest element within England, and with his lack of air magic prowess, many mages hate and ignore him. But what many do not know, is that Allen possesses a second element - the fire element! Without knowing who his real parents are, and having to keep his fire magic a secret, Allen has to work hard if he ever wishes to become a magical knight and achieve his goals. However, with tensions rising within the Triumvirate, fire mages on the run, and other events happening behind the scenes, Allen must go from being the weakest to the strongest if he even hopes to stop what may be coming in the near future.Complete

And thus was send to the Elemental Academy and has to stay there till she has mastered her power....or powers? So what power or powers will Melanie get? Will it be one of the rare elements or the sub elements? And will she make friends at her new school while finding out things about her that even she didn't know? And maybe even fall in love?
