What I wanted

The world ended right in front of me. It fell apart and shook beneath our feet. Buildings began to disintegrate, crumbling, taking people down with it. And it was all my fault, I started the end. He said this would happen, he said that if we began to fall for each other that the end would begin, but I just couldn't help myself. Deep blue eyes pierced into my soul and sent shivers down my spine, I fell in love with him as he did for me and we killed everyone. I held onto his arm, watching the world burn into total chaos as explosions erupted and sinkholes swallowed buildings whole. Looking back up at him I reminisce back to our first encounter, and how he terrified me with how reckless he was, little did I know then about who he was and is now.
