a walking daydreamer who believes that reality is what it is. then later, she learns that it's not really a bad thing.
-----------
Wendy Calomay is a natural daydreamer just like her mother. Growing up, she was always surrounded by Disney movies, figurines, merchandise and all things in between. Her mother was a proud Disney Fanatic and Wendy was not ashamed of it for it gave Wendy's world a side of fantasy away from reality, which is her worst enemy. It's not that she refuses to believe what's real and how it is but things such as change and growing isn't something she likes to dwell on.
So when her mother gets re-married and moves to a new place, she faces on new changes that are beyond what she was ready for. The new high school was already difficult to adjust to and also the new area, but the people that she encounters turns her fantasy world around. She meets the Beast that adores the Beauty in silence, the Warrior fighting for her independence, the Princess who is too kind for her own good, and the Lost Boy that needs some guidance.
Not only that Wendy encounters these people and help them their story but she comes to find out that she got a story of her own that is in need of help. Every day becomes a first for her and she doesn't know if she can catch up. She was comfortable with her separate fantasy world when it's just for her but maybe, Wendy will soon realize that reality isn't so bad, maybe even better than the world she imagined and daydreamed about.
A story about change, friendships, family and self-discovery during the Journey of Life, the Day Dreamer herself will soon realize that fantasy can be reality and that reality isn't so bad after all.
MOVED FROM MY OLD ACCOUNT
Nicole had been best friends with Max Goof ever since her family moved into the neighborhood. She always thought he was funny, kind (although, she has to admit, he can be a bit of a brat sometimes), and, even though he hated it, she couldn't help but find his laugh adorable. So, it didn't surprise her when she realized she had a crush on him. But certain arrangements -that her parents have planned- are keeping her from revealing her secret, which is just fine with her. Even then, it hurts to see her best friend fall for someone else, especially since he asked her to help him win that certain someone's heart. Despite her feelings, she puts his needs before hers, just to make him happy. And just when they feel like they've succeeded, an unannounced fishing trip interrupts their progress. But this trip just might be the best thing to happen to them.
