Right from the start we are introduced to the main character; Demetria Blake. She is the twin of Octavia and younger sibling of Bellamy. On her journey to the ground she becomes friends with many people including John Murphy himself. However in this messed up world there are people called grounders that are trying to start a war. What will happen when Demetria befriends one of them? She is now split between the sky and the ground and doesn't know which side is right!

But in the end they had something very important in common they both would kill for each other. They thought the ark was hell but they don't know what is waiting for them on earth.
