The Furry Fallout: Book 1 - The World After The War (Male Reader x Furry Harem)
***THIS STORY IS BEING REWRITTEN CHAPTER BY CHAPTER*** "War... War never changes." The world has seen many technological advances since the end of the war between Ukraine and Russia, which was both a blessing and a curse. In 2072, a war breaks out between the modern sides of the Allies and the Axis. Americans, Germans and the British Colonies made up the Allies, while Russia, North Korea and China made up the main three of the Axis. The war was at its worst in 2077, when Y/N had just returned from a mission in Russia. He was sent home due to the alleged endangerment of his fellow soldiers; however, this granted him some immunity. His home was in a small town that was populated by no more than 30 people, and nearby was a cryogenics testing facility in the form of a vault. The company that owned it, Vault-Tec, was a government-funded organisation that worked to find ways to preserve human life in the case of global disaster: environmental, nuclear, or otherwise. Due to Y/N's service history, he was allowed into the vault during the nuclear warhead exchange between America and China, and that's where our story starts. The New Superhero
Ash gently floated through the breeze of the wind, and all of the ash was coming from the place that had fallen before my very eyes. I leaned my body up, so that I could get a better view of this place in front of me. I took in a deep breath as I smiled, the loud sounds and the beating of my heart, along with the fear and anxiety that I had felt before, all went away with the silence. Times like these were hard to come by after all of the things that I have been through. Though no matter how many times I wanted to feel victorious, no matter how many times I wanted to tell myself that it was all over, I couldn't. This happened quite frequently and fast, one second I get powers from a magic rock, and the next second, well, I wish I had never touched that rock. Sometimes I think I'm going to go insane, I wish I could go back in time and be a normal kid once more. It was better then, I was less stressed, and I didn't have villains to deal with, but I know eventually I will be at peace, and I won't have a care in the world. The Hazards of My Chosen Profession (on hiatus)
Michael also known as "Wolf" (because of a patch he wears on his kit and helmet) is a member of what was the 75th Ranger Regiment. He finds himself a veteran of a war between humanity and anthros. While he doesn't exactly hate them he doesn't exactly trust them either despite their efforts to rebuild the relationship between species. Unfortunately a good chunk of humanity and anthro kind was wiped out due to the war. But due to the anthros ability to reproduce faster they were able to recover much faster leaving humanity at a loss. Michael finds himself alone and on the run from a one of the most dangerous anthro militaries (at least to humans), known as the Obsidian Front. They continue to hunt down and kill humans forces despite the end to the war, causing proxy wars and often large scale skirmishes between them and remaining human militias.

All contact was lost when the last human army was encircled and destroyed in the arctic, no human contacts have ever been reported since the last army. Earth was officially lost as the last army protected the evacuation into space, many years have passed since then, and the likeliness of any human resistants on Earth have long since faded. Humanity struggled to adapt and survive on the distant planet of Mars in our solar system, the cold red deserts have challegened humanity beyond its capacity to live and yet humanity prevailed by all means. The Mythical War planet was finally tamed as many colonies have grown to full fledged cities capable of providing humanity on Mars the means to survive.
