It's the year 2219, 200 years since the world undertook a deadly plague. Towns and city's were burnt to the ground and the landscape was transformed into sand and dust.
Once humans, now deadly creatures - the infected - roam the blaze, hunting down anything which makes noise.
Arya Song has lost her father to the infected, and her brother is lost. Arya thinks that her brothers sudden disappearance is linked to their fathers death so she sets out to find him.
She soon realises that not all is as it seems...
