Muggles aren't meant to see the magical side of the world. They are meant to be blind to the magical going on's around them - including the knight bus.
So when a thirteen year old muggle orphan in London see's the knight bus and hops on for a lift, a certain Boy-Who-Lived doesn't know what to think when he finds her at the end of the journey.
Now stuck at Hogwarts so as to prevent her exposing the wizarding world, Nova Hart is dragged in to the mistakes, misconceptions and misadventures of magic - but add her - a feisty red head that will always stand for the lighter cause - and fate might just be slightly rewritten.

Maeve, was a quite unique girl. Whoever witnessed her smile or laugh was instantly intoxicated by her presence, and thats what happened to a particular twin who's eyes had been roaming the Great Hall when he laid his sight on a particular Hufflepuff. She grew up learning from a young age that she was a witch. Her parents surrounded her with magic and Magical Creatures. Her grandfather left her dad his studies and animals. Her first pet was a Puffskein, not your average household pet for most, but for her it was just perfect. Except when it stuck its tongue up her nose when she was napping. But none the less, she grew up happy and surrounded with love and magic. She knows that her last name is kind of out there, people stop her parents all the time saying that they respected her grandfather and his findings. She's read his book a bunch of times, but she didn't understand why he was so popular. He was just her nutty gramps who loved the magical beast. But I guess, because he showed the world the amazing finds we have in our world living with us, she could admit he was pretty cool.
