He smelled mildly of cinnamon. I don't know how, probably the hair gel, but it was pleasant. He fell asleep pretty much instantly, and I started to slowly stroke his hair. There was something peaceful about the way his chest went up and down with every soothing breath. He was so quiet. I moved my hand from his hair to cup his cheek. He had to ask if I hated him. I let go of his cheek and whispered, hoping that somehow he would hear. "How could I hate you when you're so affectionate?" Silence. Complete silence other then his sleeping breaths. I placed my hand over his that was resting on his thigh. I gently squeezed it and wondered if he would ever understand what I feel. Soon, Wilbur worked up the courage and approached him. He cleared his throat nervously. "Excuse me. That's a stunning dress," Wilbur said, trying his best to hide his blush as he looked up. He wondered why he was alone; with a dress like his, all eyes should be on him. Not to mention how beautiful he was. Propping his arm up on the table, he turned to face him, and Wilbur could finally see his face. He was beautiful, his eyes framed by faint makeup, not taking away from his natural features, and his dark hair framing his face. The man glanced down at his own red dress, seeing why people would say something like that and smiling to himself softly. "Thank you," he answered quietly. ... Wilbur had never seen another person so beautiful until he saw Quackity that night at some party he dismissed as pointless. Every thought just became a blur, he'd never felt so nervous.
