Valentine died in the mortal war and Clary has always known about the shadow world, but they didn't know about her...
This fanfic in an alternative beginning to the mortal Instruments series.
I used some aspects from the original books and mashed it with my own story.
I don't own any of the characters or any other aspects of this story, it's purely fan fiction. The rights of that go to Cassandra Clare.

By the Angel
Clary Fray is a fighter, or at least she has been ever since that night. The night that changed everything. Her life was almost taken out from under her but rather than let fear take control, she uses it to fuel her lust for revenge. She joins the Shadows of the Night, which is one of the two best fight clubs in NY. She has a plan: Be the best, never lose, feel nothing, and never go back to the girl she used to be. But what happens when the one man that can make her feel alive again turns out to not only be her rival, but the leader of Legends of the fall? Jace Wayland is the worst possible person Clary Fray could fall for but that doesn't stop her from tumbling into that golden abyss. Jace Wayland, the bad boy no girl could ever tame, has finally met his match. The second he laid eyes on the feisty red head he was mesmerized. Clary, the girl with the fiery red hair and fierce heart, is hypnotized by those golden eyes that seem to stare into her soul, but their journey won't be easy. Valentine will stop at nothing to ruin Clary's life and Jace is just another obstacle he must get rid of to make that happen. Will Valentine destroy everything his daughter holds dear? Will Clary take over Shadows of the night? Will Jace put her over his fighters? And who was behind the attack that fateful night? Clary has been through hell; will she ever be the same? Only time will tell. I do not own any rights to the TMI series this is just fanfiction.Complete

There's just one catch, Isabelle's brother and clary's ex best friend Jace is the only one that can help them. Will the plan work or will everything fall apart? Clarissa Morgenstern - TMI
A 'Mortal Instruments' Fanfiction - Clary has always lived and been brought up by her father, Valentine Morgenstern. He trained her to be the best and she was but that didn't mean he was a good father. Clary had always had a tough upbringing but in ways respected her father for making her strong and without weakness. She was the perfect solider in every way. The Morgenstern name had been respected amongst the Shadowhunters and even feared for his methods. Valentine had always had big plans for Clary but on the day of her 13th birthday, he was killed in a demon attack. Ever since, Clary had lived on her own, moving from country to country and city to city, whilst still keeping up her training and studies. Read to see what happens when Clary goes to New York and meets the Shadowhunters of the local Institute. In this story, Valentine never made the circle and was actually a respected Shadowhunter. Clace story. Malec and Sizzy also. All rights go to Cassandra Clare for the characters in the story.Complete
Liquid Love
{The Mortal Instruments Fanfiction} "You're not really in love with me, it isn't real. I feel like I've stolen you from someone... extraordinary." I tell the man in front of me with tears blurring my vision which only makes them worse because I desperately want to see him clearly for the last time. "Clary, what are you talking about?" He inches towards me, his voice cracking and hand outstretched but I recoil from him. I've done enough damage. "You are extraordinary, you're my extraordinary." He pleads with me, only making this harder. "I'm not and by god I wish I was but I'm not. I have to let you go so you have a real shot at finding it because you deserve it and she, whoever she is, she deserves it too." •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• You know what they say, sometimes when you love something you have to let it go. Clary learns that the hard way. Love cannot be bought, especially in a little pink vial labelled 'Liquid Love'. Or can it?Complete
You Can't Save Me
Shadowhunter Clary Fray believes she has discovered her perfect life. Surrounded by her friends and family Clary believes she has finally recovered from 6 months of the utter heartbreak that she was unwillingly put through. However, the arrival of Sebastian (or more so known as Jonathan) has Clary distraught as his attempts to bend the rules to have Clary all to himself challenge the reappearance of Jace Wayland back into her life. Clary is thrown into life threatening situations that will only make or brake her, along with the trustworthy Jace by her side he is more determined then ever to save her fortunate life and if that means sacrificing his own, so be it. In this game of the betrayer and the betrayed, the Shadowhunter's are determined to destroy Jonathan's sanity along with his life. Therefore Jonathan's hopeless obsession towards Clary helps lust and love become her ultimate weapon against him. ❌❌❌ **Completed** (I do not own The Mortal Instruments hence all rights go towards Cassandra Clare who wrote the beautiful Mortal Instruments book series and Harald Zwart who directed the amazing City of bones)Complete
Happily Ever After - The Mortal Instruments
One-shots of your favourite TMI characters after all the battles they've fought and the hard times they've endured. Will consist of my imagination on what I think the characters will end up doing, and what key events may take place during their lives, and may even contain some own characters. Most likely will consist of a lot of Malec one-shots. All characters belong to Cassandra Clare. Enjoy!
