Conjoined twins Zach and Noah Casmir live in The Windy City: Chicago. Considered a mistake by their parents, the twins were left in the care of their Romanian grandmother,  who brought them to America for educational opportunities. 

Zach and Noah, with a lot of hard work and dedication, along with the unending support of their grandmother, had proved that their disability couldn't hold them back. They were the top of their class, athletic idols, and humble souls.
