Ireland Evans was a normal 21st century teenager.
She stayed in her room more often then not, she slept until noon, and she definitely didn't want anything to do with any high school function. However, contrary to other teenagers, the world came crashing down around her when her parents announce they have an idea to make Ireland 'happy' again.
A depression clinic, ideally located halfway across the world.
She has a month until she gets shipped off. So she gathers her troops, aka her only friend Jace, and they set off to do everything they can to convince her parents she is anything but depressed.
And damn did she show them.
