In the summer of 1993, 16-year-old, Emily Mason and her family went to a beach in Long Island for a whole summer vacation. Still living with the memories of her mother she meets David Carson, a young man who works as a lifeguard and the cashier at the beach's surf shack, who has a similar story with lost. Through each other, they created the most memorable summer both of them will ever experience.
But when Emily has to go back home when summer ends, they will both be tested to see if long-distance can really separate true love or if it can make it stronger.
"A Summer to Remember" shows a struggle with a long-distance relationship but if your love is strong enough it will find a way to make itself work.
