They run to Night City, a city in northern California.----- Two years have passed, Ponyo is 20 and has just become a part of the NCPD, the Night City Police Department.----- 2 more years pass and Caspers 18 and Ponyo is 23 and has become and undercover detective. With it now being 2072 times have changed and people have reverted to savagery, crime rates are larger then ever and the economy is booming, in a big ass city like Night City, you never who you can trust.

BOOK 1 From the moment the Declaration of Independence was signed, there were people who didn't agree with it. This included a small group of politicians who called themselves Chaos. They vowed to someday take over America and start over with a utopian society where everyone would have a common goal. They slowly infiltrated the government, filling it with corrupt leaders. They planned a mass attack on the U.S. on July 2, 2076, Americas 300th birthday. On that day, they assassinated the president and began bombing in New York. Unfortunately, Chaos only had about 200 soldiers so they came up with a technology to implant a chip in the nervous system and essentially control them. So basically, each solider could make a civilian a soldier and the civilian would be forced to fight and make soldiers of their own. The whole operation snowballed and everything went according to plan. Unlike in other stories, there is no hope and the only way to survive is though the CPO (citizen protection organization), created by Benjamin Franklin. It's a system of secret subway tunnels, used to evacuate civilians to safely. Out story begins on July 2, 2076 when the first bomb drops. Madalyn Grace and her friends are caught in this apocalypse and must find away to leave.Complete

Crossing over into the world of Cyberpunk 2077 should be an opportunity to make a big splash... Wait, hold on, isn't this the year 2075? Sure, it's already November, and 2076 is just around the corner, but I only know about what happens in 2077! In this world, you might not want to live, but you can't afford to not have a job. Anyway, let's start by becoming a mercenary and picking up gigs. That sounds simple enough, but getting a job from a fixer only to face off against an ACPA (Armored Combat Personal Assist) right off the bat-aren't we going a bit overboard here? And who's this daughter of Michiko Arasaka? I've only seen the demo; I don't know these people! What kind of chaotic mission is this!?

The Oberllyn's in the year 2018 are a shadow family. Noel , Violet and their children are close knit in more ways than one; traditionally native, brilliant, with military and scientific backgrounds, they all work together in the family firm. The firm, a fourth generation independent underground spy network, works directly for the President and other U.S. allies to stop the spread of terrorism. In theory, Kai, Gabriel and Jasmine are supposed to take over the firm; Noel and Violet are supposed to retire as soon as the boys finish their present military service. Kai and Gabriel had gone into the military undercover as recruits, only to have the government they all thought they were working for put them in situations to deliberately attempt to kill them . While her brothers are under fire, Jasmine is in university finishing her degree in forensic psychiatry, and while studying, finds a husband as well. Lilianna has gone off on her own; Micah, an eight year old autistic savant, is learning to cope with his social anxiety while Serena just wants to find a horse to ride. In the meantime, a hidden figure sets loose a savage virus that has a 100% kill rate, it has gone global, and the Oberllyn's need to kill it before it kills them and everyone else.
