With the rest of summer to enjoy before being sent to college, Bas is more bored than ever. He has few mates, because he apparently talks too much. As for girls, he talks too much. So, when he meets Holly, a mystery girl, light on her feet and ready for some mischief and fun, dropping into town for a few weeks, he decides to befriend her. Maybe he won't be so bored this summer. Plus, what was there to be nervous about? The more he learns about Holly, acting as her tour guide through town, the curiouser he gets. Who is Holly, why is she alone? Has she run away from home, or worse, the police?
