With prosperity hovering over the nations, Firelord Zuko has organized a conference of Nations, requesting representatives from each nation to come to the Fire Nation. Katara comes as part of the Watertribe's party, and with her arrival suppressed emotions make their way to the surface. But obstacles stand in their way, and the two benders must face a sinister enemy that threatens the peace that has been so longed for.
