Destiny was mistreated by her father until the age of 10, when the social worker 'saved' her. Her mother died when she was 7, and her baby brother just a few months after that. She's been ignored, abused, and yelled at. She finally found the right foster home when she was 16 and stayed. Now she's 22 and starting to hear about this band that's just gotten accepted into the world of music. Apparently they live in Huntington Beach, where she lives. She doesn't know who they are, but she loves their music. One day she bumps into a stranger, and doesn't know who he is. When he tells her a little bit about him, she can't believe it. They start getting closer and closer to each other, but obstacles pull them apart, and Destiny questions her trust with him. Can this stranger who happens to be the drummer of Destiny's favorite band win her trust, and her heart?

This collection contains nine short stories that are set in the fantasy reality of The Lost Boys film universe. The tenth story is my humorous and sarcastic reaction to the horrible piece of crap sequel that didn't need to be made. -- "All Hail Presidente Paul" Paul wins a turn at being leader of the Lost Boys. Hilarity ensues, at David's expense. "Boys Will Be Boys" Of all the uses for fire, this is a teenage boy's favorite. "Fly Along With Me" David has to admit that occasionally Paul is good for something. "But They Dress Better" A written perspective of the chance first encounter between Max, Lucy, and the Lost Boys. "Go Fly a Kite" An exploration of what happens before, during, and after a kite is thrown at Max. "Betray" From Latin: tradere, 'to hand over'. Cutting a deal with the Frog Brothers. Written from David's POV. "Hello My Name Is Judas" David pays for his betrayal. Written from David's POV. "The Lost Art Of Keeping A Secret" David has a secret. "In The End, We're Just Reborn Again" How Shane Powers became a vampire. "The Lost Boys Review Lost Boys: The Tribe" The Lost Boys finally see Lost Boys: The Tribe. Vengeance ensues. For Katie Gardner, plants where the only thing that could be out of place. She liked things neat and tidy. Clean and pristine. For her, everything had it's own place, everything had to be perfect. Not to perfect, but perfect enough. But when it came to her plants she didn't care, as long as they were happy, she was happy. As long as they grew, she could be calm. But aside from plants, she liked things to be organised, she liked routines. And she did not like little bumps along the road that messed up her plans. And that was exactly why Katie Gardner didn't like the Stoll brothers. They were two thorns in her side. ~ completed ~
