WICHTIG: Ich besitze keine psychologische Ausbildung. Alles was ich hier Aufgeschrieben habe sind Tipps die sich durch Internetrecherchen, ein Gespräch mit einem Arzt und Gesprächen mit Bekannten die Erfahrung in der Betreuung von depressiven Personen haben.
Ich habe dies Geschrieben, um einer depressiven Person, die ich persönlich kenne zu helfen und anderen welche wie Ich keine Erfahrung in der Hilfe von depressiven Personen haben.

*TRIGGER WARNING! Self harm, suicide attempts, anxiety, depression, social anxiety, medication, kinda graphic descriptions of blood and gore* lol, language too Prolly gonna be some smut, sorry! I couldn't think of a name so... I'm going to write a story about Hinata if he was depressed and had anxiety,(and social anxiety) based on my own experiences. He will be on medication, which I haven't experienced, but I prolly should be on meds... putting that aside, I will do research on different types of medication he might be on, and I'll base the meds off that. I'll try to make it as accurate as possible, but sorry if it's not completely accurate. Huge big ass note: my problems arent for your entertainment and arent your business. I've been bottling up emotions, I've been crying, panicking,lashing out, isolating myself, and more. so I decided to finally stop fantasizing about getting a therapist and having everyone help me.
