Hailey Wez, a teenage girl who was thrown into group homes and foster care when she was 9 years old. She's now 15 years old and is transferring to a new home once again because her last family found another source of income that didn't eat their food. Hailey often finds herself laughing, not because anything is funny but because of how cruel people can be.
