Krystyanna Palmer is an intelligent girl who grew up with parents who told her to give up on her dreams of being a mechanical and medical engineer and persue something easier, but she didn't listen to them. She passed all her classes in highschool at the top of her class, and did the same through college and university. after she graduated from university, she said goodbye to her friends and left Star City to live in Central City with the hopes of getting a job at S.T.A.R labs. There she meets Caitlin Snow, her financè Ronnie, and a charming boy named Cisco Ramon.
