Deep in the forbidden forest, through the fog, there's a place hidden from human sight; a place of sanctuary for the supernatural. It's been run by Count Drakkon for hundreds of years, but, this year, he's planning on retiring. Who will be his successor?

In a small village called Spriton, a hunter is hung for suspicion of witchcraft along with his wife and eldest son. His daughter escaped into the forbidden forest where no one dares to go.
