Quirks are something everybody has, it is a fundamental part of life. After they popped up and the years passed on, the more powerful quirks became along with their users. Without a good quirk you were almost guaranteed to be booted out of the hero business, which most people fantasized about since they were children.

Vivian Chūza has multiple qualities, but a quirk is not one of them. In a superhuman society where 80% of the population had a power, she lands in the minority. Angry, cynical, and desperate to prove to her peers she isn't weak, Vivian focuses on a single goal: become the first quirkless hero ever.
