Hunter Smith is an abused orphan with emotional trauma who has lost hope in getting adopted as he is the rightful age of fourteen. In this story, we get to see the world from the perspective of an orphan with many issues, with the power of character development we get to experience Hunter growing up and finally defeating his demons. Disclaimer: I do not own any of the twenty-one pilots music or references I am purely a fan making a story. This story deals with many difficult areas. Meaning there might be a lot of triggers so if you can't handle them don't read. This is also my first fanfic so please give me any feedback. Thanks! -Aiden

After having a fallout with his so called "friends", Josh starts hiding away in his bedroom. His parents, of course, are concerned, but in not wishing to invade his private life, they get him a dog. Tyler ends up helping Josh over come the plague of loneliness and slight depression, and even helps him find a new friend along the way. Yes, Tyler is a dog. No, this is not a Joshler fic. This is nothing other than an alternative universe story wherein a boy much like Josh Dun owns a dog named Tyler.
