"Because you want to die for love, you always have."
Colette Winslow has only one thing on her mind: becoming the next head honcho of the Aphrodite cabin. Sure, she's a little pretentious and shallow as a result but if that's what it takes to climb to the top of the camp's ever-changing social ladder, she can live with that. All she needs is one conversation with Aphrodite, and maybe then she'll have answers to all the questions still haunting her about her father's disappearance during an expedition three years prior. She knows she's beautiful, well-respected, and her grades are spot-on so-- why was it so hard to get Aphrodite's attention?
When Colette's younger sister Rosemary goes missing one night in a way all-too-familiar to her, though half-drunk and super frazzled, Colette embarks on her first-ever quest to save her sister and prove that she has some sort of power over her whirlwind of a life. Joining her is the goofball son of Hermes, Hunter, determined to right the wrongs of his past, and his eccentric best friend, Ali, daughter of Demeter, just looking for some time away from her overprotective, meddlesome mother's radar.
Struggling to find a balance between the different forms of love sneaking into her life, this daughter of Aphrodite finds herself floundering about like a fish out of water. But, despite feeling the air leave her lungs, Colette knows one thing for sure: she isn't t going to give up until Rosemary is safe again, in her arms, and complaining about how strong the scent of her frosted sugar cookie conditioner is.

This story is inspired by @LonleyDarkLord's What If book that you should all check out. This is just a rip off version of it.

Disclaimer: No, I'm not some 56+ years old man writing fanfiction about my own stories. Big shocker, huh? Anyways, all rights go to Rick Riordan (obviously). I just own the plot.
