Special Guest and His Special Requests

Working as a receptionist in a hotel is not as glamorous as it sounds - and yes I know, it doesn't sound very glamorous. Bitchy residents, crying children, overbearing coworkers, useless managers and random people asking for directions was just the beginning. In this job, you need patience, something I was not born with. Attempting - and failing - at handling my job, a special guest and his special requests make my life just that much harder.
