Izuku had woken up, it was the day of his quirk being revealed but it never came. That night, he was floating in a peaceful place where he was surrounded by energy called 'Void Energy'. This allows Izuku to use Warframe as his quirk.
His quirk is called Transference, it allows the user to use suits called Warframe. Izuku can switch between all warframe at his will by thinking of the warframe.

Izuku has the power to become any creature in the fallout universe however he can not become humans unless they are mutated so like mutants but he doesn't have the story of who he becomes just the powers. there is also a second world he will learn about but that is a surprise for later as even he doesn't even know yet when it does come out I will update the tags. note I'm not sure all the ship tags will even be in the book just have them there so people are aware of my ships. The Summoning Hero
Izuku was a strange child, when he was a kid he found out he had a quirk but the doctors had no idea what it was or how it worked. Because of this he tried everything he could think of to try make his mom's or dad's quirks work but absolutely nothing did. As he was slowly pushed away by everyone except for his mother, he had no one, no friends or anything, because of this he gained the hobby of drawing to help him cope with the loneliness. Years passed by and he finally accepted that he was quirkless and because of that everyone all but increased in the bullying making Izuku even more isolated. But then one day something changed when after he was bullied and he was at home drawing, his quirk finally showed itself. @JaydenFleisher writes the description for each chapter and I write the story itself
