Alessa Marshall escaped her kidnapper and torturer. Or at least that's what she believes. When she wakes up, she finds herself in a psychiatric facility. She's being told that she was never kidnapped and that is was all a delusion her mind created. Alessa must fight against her own mind and what others are telling her. She meets a boy named Ashton who wants to help but he has his own reasons for being in a psychiatric facility that make Alessa uneasy. Alessa doesn't know what to believe or who she can trust.
