Sophie is an orphan, she has been from foster home to foster home, she learned from a young age to take care of herself. She is a gun for hire. She has no care in the world, a heart of stone. But all that changes when the crime lord Alden Vacker hires her to take care of some people, and she gets to meet his son, Fitz Vacker.
I've never written a story before but I thought this would be a cool start. I also thought it was time to start spicing up the koltc fandom a little bit.

This is a Keeper of the Lost Cities fanfiction that takes place right after Exile. I've read all of the books, but I didn't want to place it after Neverseen because Sophie's life is in too much danger then to make this work well. In this story, Sophie gets invited over to Everglen by Biana for a sleepover and Keefe gets invited by Fitz. In this fanfic, some things are in a alternate world. The Black Swan is a very popular and troublesome rebel group and the Neverseen is loyal to the Royals.
