Coming Home is a love story between a depressed twenty-one year old girl named Katherine Tenegro and a seemingly sweet twenty-two year old boy named Matthew Pherrow, who is just trying to escape his past. Katherine, alas Kay, has been taught that love is treacherous and deceitful, but after a bizarre turn of events stays the night at Matthew's house. Soon, she uncovers the secret of more than just her parents' deaths-she finds out the truth about love....and the secrets that her parents' old home contains.....

With the advent of a series like "Cobra Kai" I believe there is interest in coming of age narratives that are set within the sometimes bizarre and mysterious world of martial arts. I personally love John Green's work and hopefully there is at least a taste of what he offers in terms of intensity and depth of character.
