Sci-fi meets Fantasy, an evil government tracking everyone through chips in their necks. In this dystopian future, a government group known as Retainers assist people known as deviants to survive. 

All I could see was a blinding light, the only thing I could hear was a defining ringing in my ears, a bone-crushing weight on top of me was all I felt. Suddenly everything turned dark, that ringing wouldn't go away. I called out for my mother more times than I can count, I couldn't hear my own voice or anything around me, still, I could only hear that infernal ringing.
