Gabriel was always the fearful type, but with everything he and his brother have been through, a little fear was normal. But this wasn't normal fear, no, it was the kind that led to sleepless nights and shaky days. He never gets to rest, being either hunted by his fears or his soulmate's.

Castiel fell distant after everything that had happened. He stands silently watching his brother suffer from constant nightmares. Castiel, too, had occasional nightmares, but of someone else's fears. He never saw it as a problem.

Sam was tired of the constant nightmares. Most weren't his. He eventually learned to ignore them until one came that couldn't be ignored. One that made him worry for his soulmate.

Dean was more than just a little over protective. He has his reasons, though. After seeing a nightmare from his soulmate he realized how much can be lost and he knew better than to risk it.

One day during a hunt, four hunters find each other and decided to team up (after complain by one). They exchange contact information so they can always help out the other. After a long while, it becomes clear that half aren't exactly what they had claimed to be.
