Carter Kennedy, has first hand experience with bioterror. She is a survivor of the Arklay Mountains Incident, and the Raccoon City Incident, even carrying the very first form of the T-Virus. Since being rescued from Raccoon City by Leon Kennedy and Claire Redfield, she has spent her life fighting against the very thing her father stood for. After helping her husband, Leon, rescue the President's daughter, Ashley, back in 2004, she has finally been able to settle down and have the normal life that she so desperately craved...until now.
