This story is dumb, historically and scientifically inaccurate, but it was also written by me between 2014 and 2015 when I was a child.

A portion of Professor Justin's journal from 1969. In that year, the General Science facility was rapidly expanding into the territory of the subterranean colony of snaketiles (A snake-like species), leading to unpredicted consequences.

Kyle Drakeson.. was just your average 21-year-old guy stuck at a dead end. His barista-slash-janitor job at a small café was about to vanish forever, leaving him stranded in a world that didn't seem to have room for him. Rejections piled up like unwashed dishes, and Kyle was ready to call it quits for the day. Then his phone buzzed. An email, from a company one he had never heard of before, LAMINAX Laboratories. They were urgently seeking hires, and there it is, the janitor role. The pay looked solid, and cleaning was the one thing Kyle could confidently say he was good at. Sure, the email felt strange. The lab was remote. Isolated. Sketchy, even. But for a guy who had lost too much already, the temptation to take the leap was too strong. Would Kyle reply to the offer and unknowingly set foot into a place of nightmares, or play it safe and keep his life normal? The Blood Order
"Are you coming to bed firefly?" He says to me laying his hands over my waist joining me in looking over the city. "I want to look out for a little longer if that is alright?" I mumble hoping that he heard me anyways, I wasn't ready to walk into that bedroom, and I don't think I ever would be. "Of course, I'll be getting ready for bed, come in whenever you are ready." He says confidently and walks away leaving my waist cold something for which I am grateful. Especially when my mind burns with other more dangerous thoughts. The warmth that forever lingers in the air, never burning the skin, but always reminding about what is around us. I force air into my lungs feeling the unexpected warmth fill me. He stands in the room watching me even though he said he was getting ready for bed. He is worried about me, about me jumping. I have contemplated it I will admit, but he would stop me before I fell even two feet. I was stuck, and no one could save me. Not even myself, my fucking weak self. His presence is demanding no matter where we are, but right now I could sense everything about him, and I try to suppress the unwanted feelings that curl right under my skin. "Firefly? About done?" He calls out and I release my hand from the guard rail not realizing that as I looked at the lights that covered the shining city with the falling fire in the background that my subconscious was thinking about how nice it would be... how relieving it would be... to just fall. True freedom. I take a step back and wrap my hands together turning around to a fully clothed unchanged man and nod once. I could see the fear in his eyes that I would, he knows if he gave me the chance... I wasn't ready for this, but I had to survive. No matter what. The Experiments
We were just kids. Not experiments. Hundreds of kids were kidnapped at a young age and taken to a place called the Compound. Here they are put through ruthless tests in order to get one thing; mutants. When that breakthrough is finally achieved on A-36971 and a group of unknown people show up the next day, she takes the chance at asking for help using her new 'powers.' But getting this help came at a great cost. Once they're out and free, they realize the head scientist isn't letting them get away that easily. And he doesn't want his lifelong work to be out in the world just yet. So he'll just have to kill his experiments.Complete
Night of the Living Steves 3: The Research of Steves
With Dr. Steve being incredibly lazy, he decides to duplicate himself. Once again, things go wrong with the machine and ends up making an evil Steve that is not mindless! The Steve goes out and touches other people, and they turn into a Steve! After that, the Steves take over Dr. Steve's lab and through various science experiments and research, they create deadly animals that take over the city! Will this be stopped, or will everyone get devoured or turned into a Steve? NOTE: Grammar is once a again very choppy. If you are alright with choppy grammar, then read at your own will. WARNING: Although this story is not rated mature, it does mention blood and about people getting eaten. However, it does not go into detail about the various body parts getting eaten so younger teens can enjoy this as well. If you are extremely sensitive about people getting eaten and blood, then don't read this story. This is the most deadliest story I have written so far.Complete

If you doubt your writing skills, read this book. It'll make you feel better, trust me. I wrote this when I was in sixth grade, and now I can't even get through the first chapter without cringing. Okay, here we go: ------------- Before I tell you my story, I have something to tell you. My twin sister, Fern, and I, we are special. Not the kind of special like we are the best at an instrument or we know more facts about something than anyone else. We are so special that our connection is something that only happens every million years. we also inherited something random from our adopted mom that makes us SUPER special. To find another of us would take over a hundred-million years. You have to promise to not tell anyone though. If you do, scientists will come for us by the thousands. We would be put on public display where millions would flock around to get a mere glimpse of us and what makes us special. Scientists and genetic experts on many grounds would put us in cages. They would come and force us to be part of painful, tiring experiments. This already happened once, we don't want it to happen again. If you promise not to tell anyone, I'll tell you. Fern and I have the ability to communicate with each other and other telepathic people without moving our mouths over long distances. And... We have fire and ice powers.Complete

In a world where people can be born with a genetic mutation that gives them powers, surely you'd think everything would be like a comic book right? Well you'd be wrong. People born with this gene are called "Conduits", or Bio-terrorrists if your in the majority who hate them. Conduits are viewed as monsters who only bring evil to the world, and are captured by the "Department of Unified Protection" or "D.U.P" for short. The D.U.P takes these conduits to a prison known as Curden Cay Station and do God knows what to them. So you can imagine that finding out one day that you are one of these conduits would be an extremely bad situation to be in, and unfortunately for our freshly graduated main protagonist, he is about to find out just how dark this world can be. With the death of his lover at the hands of a conduit during their escape from the D.U.P, will our protagonist fall to his anger and seek vengeance for his lover's death? Or will he prevail and choose to be the better man in a world where the better people are at risk?

Izzy Belvin, a famous genetic engineer, is about to blast off to the "final" frontier to join the second Martian Colony, where she'll continue creating nutrient-robust insects for farms that will feed the colony and increase its sustainability. For Izzy's remaining days on Earth, her psychopharmacologist best friend, Nakomi, begs her to complete a bucket list before leaving as a means of honoring their friendship. The first bucket list item: going to one of Portland's psychedelic centers together and taking Vivectica ™, a potent psychedelic drug (synthesized by none other than Nakomi) that has become a popular form psyche-therapy. Izzy reluctantly agrees, and when she encounters a hyper-intelligent reptilian entity on her trip, she can't convince herself that he wasn't real. The days are ticking down until her trip, but Izzy, becoming obsessed with the creature, can't get over her feelings that either 1) she's given herself drug-induced psychosis right before her journey to the red planet, or 2) there's something out there, something beyond space...
