Bel forces Joel to join Camp Amity, in hope that she'd get Joel to socialize a bit and make new friends.

At the same time, Casey forces Ahren to join Camp Amity, desperate to have him well-behaved and a little less rowdy. 

The two boys meet each other, the both of them despising the other. But when the Camp's hierarchy becomes a little bizarre, Joel and Ahren work together to survive the horrid two weeks together, each of them trapped in a nightmare.
