Lea Sherwin never understood what made her excited or what made her like things. She never had an interest in something and she always thought that her life was boring and there was nothing she wanted to do later in life, not a job, or doing something ground breaking, not even a love life. She only continued on to be with her family and her most treasured friend that made her fill a little more excited to do something, Amy. It's not like she thought she was worthless, but that things were worthless to her since they did nothing to make her spark. She always loved to see her friend succeed in her goals though, that was the one thing. In grade 3 she leaves from her hometown of Tofino BC on a business trip with her family, once she returns in grade 10 she realizes how much her friend has grown and is interested in her love for Amy. Will Amy remember her? Will Lea find something else she is interested in? Will Lea's family accept her love choices? Will Amy even want to be with her or will their love be Drifted.
