In the new world of Soulstice, a reluctant hero becomes the secret savior of the poor. Infamously known as the Soul Sweeper, 28 year old Freya Eeli is thrust into a world of danger and adventure as she explores her mysterious abilities and harbors the burden of being able to both take and save lives.

Gifted or cursed, she sweeps the souls of the corrupt and wicked, branded as "Soulless", to give to the poor masses, known as "Soulfuls", afflicted with a crippling disease that renders humans lifeless. 

As secrets and forgotten memories begin to unfold, Freya must remain undaunted from achieving her most important hunt yet: To steal the soul of a notorious Soulless to save her beloved. She confronts the demons of her own soul and discovers a deadly past that could either threaten her very existence or prove to be the very salvation she always craved for.
