My eyes half-opened and I sprung out of bed. I breathed deeply as if I had less oxygen and I was bathed in cold sweat. I looked out of the window, it was dark and chilling. It has happened before. Those nightmares disturb me every night, and they are all the same. It has been to the point that I had to see a doctor or a therapist. I knew they hold something, but what?All Rights Reserved
