Ichinose Kai lives in a world where elemental powers exist. Fire, water, earth, wind, lightening, nature, psychic and dark psychic. The psychics caused an ancient war where they killed all dualities, people born of two elements, but was stopped in the past, and now they have resumed their activies in secret. Kai's parents were killed by psychics when he was a baby and now goes off to learn how to use both of his elemental powers and stop the rearising psychic war.
