One L.A night Justin sees the beautiful, familiar Riley in a club dancing. Just like everybody else in the club Riley is aware that the bad boy, pop sensation Justin Bieber is in the same club as her. Riley could care less though considering that she did go to middle school with him. Riley's miserable middle school years consisted of some of Justin's best friends bullying her. He never bullied her but he never stopped it either. So Riley is not really a fan. Fate reunites Riley and Justin back at Stratford Northwestern Secondary school? What happens when Justin immediately falls for Riley, but she won't allow herself to love anybody especially Justin! Once Justin gains her trust and love can he keep it?

After a rough patch Emma decides to start a new chapter in her life - without music! - and attends grad school in London, Ontario. She quickly makes friends and enjoys her new life far away from her problems. One of the girls in her squad happens to be Chelsea Rebelo. As Emma and her grow closer she meets her family also befriends her fiancé Jeremy. Occasionally she even babysits the kids. One night she encounters Justin Bieber who happens to be Jeremy's eldest son. They get off on a wrong foot and Emma pretty much hates him and the image she has of him which is heavily tinted by stereotypes and preconceived notions. Justin doesn't fail to deliver and proves her right on more than one occasion. But how can an entire family be that genuine and kind except for one person? Eventually Justin sneaks his way past the walls Emma carefully built and underneath her skin, much to her despair... How could anyone be so full of themselves? How could someone be this arrogant?
