Jadu is part of a perfect society where everything is set up for him and all he has to do is follow the rules. However, when someone from the outside lands gets transported in, his life changes and they find themselves in "the under" where he realizes that maybe his perfect society isn't so perfect after all. 

Wenlu is a part of a perfectly imperfect society. Where all the unwanted and disabled persons are sent. Her dream is to find her way to "above" where everything is perfect and healthy. However, she crosses paths with others and must decide whether to help them or follow her dreams.
