Princess Aletta and Princess Kaia have been stuck in a tower all of their lives, waiting for their Prince Charming to come save them. After waiting for years and years, the two princesses decide to take matters into their own hands; they use their smarts and try to escape the tower they are trapped in. Will the two princesses escape the tower without the help of the prince? Read this magical play to find out!

This play was written for my grade 9 storytelling unit. My friends Terra, John, Gwen, Sam and I wrote, directed and performed this short play for kids at the local elementary school.All Rights Reserved

It all started with a ball. You're 18 he said, it's time to find a girl and get married he said. And give me grandchildren! I tried to said no, but it's not like I had a say in the matter. So there was a ball and a shoe incident. I don't want to bore you with details, it sucked and I hate dancing. I'll make the story short for you. After my parents died one month ago I was sent to my live with aunt and my cousin in small town America. Now, don't get me wrong she's not a witch its someone else who decided to make my life utterly suck making me want to stay in my tower. Until the boy next door comes knocking on my widow which happens to be right across from mine. Can this Prince Charming save me from the tower? Buckle down for a novel with many flips and twist as Alana continues on her journey in high school to find a Prince Charming.
