The Night We Came to Be
Your mind can adapt to such bizarre circumstances. It is a tool capable of extraordinary things, and in turn, it is an inevitable vulnerability in every person's system that can easily be provoked. A mind that can easily be conquered, the truest victim of pain. Despite this, it will continue to provide. It will sustain and ease. Always. For Darryl, it had been a struggle, separating the cruelty of life from his temple, his haven, his sanity. The burdens kept piling on and on, it felt as if there's no one else to turn to. An oblivious teen, an oblivious mind. He is, without a doubt, as desperate for change as they come.
