The words of the leaders have been taken and respected for seasons, and it has come to the point where generations of the Clans' strongest kits can't survive any longer. The slightest quiver of emotion shown can get you killed, and affection is equal to an immediate death. The leaders of FallenClan are now rising with a power stronger than most cats know of, and there is only one hope of survival. A litter of kits, born astray but taken in, are the Clans' only chance of breaking free from the torment that has grown up against them. The only problem is, do they know what power they hold?

She loves her clanmates dearly, but the clan deputy seems to watch their every move, just waiting for any cat to slip up. But it's the clan she was raised in. So, she should be loyal to them, right? Keenkit always figured he and his littermates were normal kits who would all become apprentices and be able to train together. But when a strange cat takes his sister out of StreamClan on the day of their apprentice ceremony, he quickly realizes such hope has become impossible. Sunpaw just wants to prove to his clan, BreezeClan that he can become a great warrior. But it isn't as easy as it sounds. Even though his rival apprentice Slowpaw is much younger than him, he is always beaten in battle training and he can never catch nearly as much prey. His mentor doesn't make it any better either. Pounceheart is always treating him like some helpless kit and he worries he'll never be able to complete his warrior assessment. Being a healer who suffers from severe anxiety isn't easy, but Twitchpaw knows as long as her mentor is there, she can get through it.
