Arethusa Atwood was never the type of girl to travel the world, searching for new creatures and exotic places. Her life consisted purely of magic: spells, charms, defense, and anything else her father could cram into her studies. However, after being fished out of the ocean by a man named Newton, she quickly agrees to help him on his mission to re-educate the world on magical creatures.
