In the City in Gotham, a new set of villains arrive in the dark of the night to take over the city of Gotham that they have a plan on doing. But these villains are one many may be called a reincarnation of the villains that are most known in Gotham. 

One of those people seem to be a jester proud and mighty showing her funny and wicked side yet gull with devotion and smartness; she would go by the name known as Jinx. A Villain by night roaming the street of Gotham with her buddies that would Help her gain control of Gotham but by day many may know her as Layla Storm, a smart student who respects all those who encounter her path  and dose exceptionally well in her school despite the low budget and lousy education that they offer in " Gotham City High School
What happens when her encounter begins to spread around Gotham about this new villain and she encounters The Dark Night which may have some help of his own to help try to defeat this New villain while trying to figure out whom she might be?
