"What is going on with you?" she practically yelled. I looked at her and shrugged. "Seriously, Juggie. You're so damn confusing. He distracted himself with football and girls and had earned himself quite a reputation. Betty and Veronica became best friends while they're mothers dated. They both embraced the New York party lifestyle. Betty changed from a sweet, quiet girl to a bit of a wild child but kept her heart of gold. Betty moved to Riverdale in Sophomore year because of her abusive dad and drunken mom. Polly and Charles are twins and Polly already was living in Riverdale with her twins Juniper and Dagwood. Jason (he is alive in this) was staying with Polly also. When Betty got to Southside High she was hard as nails but the bad boy caught her eye Jughead Jones. He was her mentor buddy until Southside high got shut down and everyone moved to Riverdale High where she met Veronica and Archie and her Cousin Cheryl. Veronica and Betty became close as friends but she still was crushing on Jughead until he approached Betty in her room and kissed her.
